No mobile information, including text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, is shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This information is used solely to operate our SMS program and deliver the service-related communications described in our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information, including vehicle, damage, and claim details, with:

• Your insurance company, as needed to process a claim you've authorized us to handle, including direct billing
• Parts suppliers, towing companies, and rental car providers, as needed to complete your repair or arrange assistance you've requested
• Service providers who help us operate our business, such as our SMS/text messaging platform provider — these providers are contractually restricted from using your information for any purpose other than providing services to us
• Government authorities or other parties when required by law, subpoena, or other legal process

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our services and to comply with our legal, tax, and insurance recordkeeping obligations.
