Only text updates, which was fine. When vehicle went over day of estimated return I was not notified,I called and was told there would be a callback that day,never happened. A more personalized experience would have made the experience a little smoother.

The truck was at Fine Lines for too much time. Left on Feb 12 to March 13th. Also I had to wait from Dec 8 ( date of accident) to Feb 12. Told service manager this was a work truck used everyday except Sundays and many days I saw the truck sitting in their parking lot not touched. Final workmanship looks good and everyone was nice to us.
